 High speed studio setup

The box is no exact science, my setup is just an example on how it could be done.
I build mine with some 380mm x 580mm (15inch x 23inch) polystyrene sheets, which I just happened to have laying around. The sheets are glued together with hot glue.
To protect the flash, I made a small window from a CD-cover. The window is also glued with hot glue.
The backdrop is just a black T-shirt.

Any kind of box can be used, for example a cardboard box can be used.
If the inside of the box is not white, I suggest painting it, it will help reflect the flash light.
